SHIPPING METHODS

The Seller shall deliver, in Italy and abroad, the goods purchased by express courier to the address indicated by the Customer in the order. Delivery orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9am to 5.30pm. In case of acceptance of the order and the products indicated are available, the delivery will be effected, in the manner described above, by law (Article 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005). The express courier offers to the Customer normally the opportunity to avail of an urgent delivery service for which a payment for a supplement is required. For more information on the service, please visit www.tnt.it. The Seller shall notify the Customer, by the courier, of the delivery code of the shipment, to the e-mail indicated in the order of purchase. Through the use of the www.mytnt.it website, the Customer, by using the above mentioned code, will be able to check the status of the shipment of the goods, by means of a system for monitoring the outcome of the shipment. The Seller performs his performance by delivering the goods ordered to the courier from the same picker, for the shipment to the Customer. The goods travel at the risk of the latter.

TRACKING

As soon as your order will be shipped, you will receive an email containing the identification number that is useful for TNT or DHL traceability. By clicking on the bottom you can check the status of the shipment after receiving the email.

PAYMENTS

ou can choose between two different payment methods: A) Payment by credit card. You can make purchases through the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When purchasing online, the customer who has selected the credit card payment method must enter the required data. The payment system uses the “Secure Electronic Banking Service” provided by Pay Pal. The data entered may only be used by the Seller for the following purposes: • for the purchase and payment procedures of the Products; • for any refund, in case of return of the product (s) following the exercise of the right of withdrawal or guarantee under the terms of these General Conditions; • to prevent or report to the police the fraud commission on the Site. B) Payment throught your personal PayPal account. C)Payment by bank transfer. The coordinates and order number will be sent via the automatic confirmation e-mail. Please transfer the total amount immediately after placing the order to the following bank account, indicating the order number as a reason:

CURRENCY, SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIME

The sales prices of the articles are expressed in EURO (with iva 22%). Payment of orders and related invoices are issued in EURO (with VAT 22%), except for destinations outside the European Union; In such cases, the import duty payments shall be made at the time of delivery and shall be borne by the Customer. Shipment will be effected by TNT courier according to the following tariff:

  • FREE ITALY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER: € 99,00
  • EXPRESS DELIVERY ITALY (1 working day): € 13,00
  • STANDARD DELIVERY ITALY ( 2-5 working days): € 10,00
  • EUROPE (UE): € 25,00
  • FREE EUROPE DELIVERY (UE) for orders over € 299,00
  • EXTRA EU COUNTRIES: € 50,00

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURNS:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make one or more products purchased no later than 14 days from the delivery date.

The shipping costs of the first return, in case the customer has used the option of free delivery of the order, will be charged to the Seller with the courier TNT; the subsequent returns will be charged to the customer.

Shipping costs for EU and non-EU customers will be charged to the customer.

From the moment  Think Tank srl staff authorizes the return, the products must be delivered to the carrier within and not later than 14 days.

Think Tank srl reserves the right to refuse returns if communicated, sent or sent after the indicated days or if the products are not intact.

All items are checked before being shipped. They are provided with a tag, with which they must be returned: it is therefore advised not to unplug it until you are sure of the correct wearability of the garment.

Items returned with damage, dirt stains or any obvious changes will be rejected and sent back to the customer, who will be charged the normal shipping costs (cash on delivery).

In case of receipt of faulty or failed goods, immediately write an email to info@weilizheng.com. The replacement of an article of the same size and color is possible based on availability in our warehouse, with free shipping costs. If the item can not be replaced, normal reimbursement procedures will start.

To make a return, first of all write an email to info@weilizheng.com indicating the order reference number, item code, date of receipt of the order and the reasons for the return. Once verified that the causes comply with our terms of sale, you will receive by email the instructions to contact TNT, with which you will agree on the date and place of the withdrawal, which must take place no later than 14 days from the date of authorization of the return. The TNT label will be sent to you later (always via email): usually it is a PDF, which you will have to print on a normal sheet and apply it on the package (also with scotch).

In case the customer does not wish to agree on the date and place of collection, he can perform the return delivery in one of the TNT branches (https://www.tnt.it/contents/trova-tnt).

If the return is returned using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.

It is advisable to keep the original packaging, which can be reused (if intact) simply by replacing the label. It is not necessary to return an entire order, but also only a part of it.

After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the products, the refund procedure will be carried out, of which you will be informed by email.

 

REFUND:

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Think Tank srl warehouses and the items will be verified. For orders paid by Credit Card the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid by Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to the exchange rate fluctuation can not be reimbursed.

In the case of free shipping, the amount of the refund will correspond to that of the returned products. However, if the Express shipment was chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, this amount will not be included in the refund.

WARRANTY

All products purchased on the Site are covered by the legal warranty for defects of conformity referred to in art. 128-135 D. lgs. 206/2005 (Consumption Code). In order to benefit from the above warranties, Customer will have to store and display the invoice or sales document (with the modalities and the times indicated by the Seller). The legal warranty in favor of the Customer covers the existing defects of conformity at the time of delivery of the goods, which will be notified to the Seller, within 2 months of the date on which the Customer discovered the defect. In any case, the action against the Seller is required within 26 months of delivery of the Product. In case of defective compliance, Customer is entitled to repair or replace the product at no charge. In the event that repair or replacement is impossible or excessively expensive, the replacement previously made has caused significant customer inconvenience or Seller has failed to repair or replace within a reasonable time, the Customer will be entitled to a reasonable reduction of the price or termination of the contract. If the defect of conformity is minor, only the repair or replacement of the Product may be required. The Customer is required to report the Seller’s failure to comply with the above terms, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to :Think Tank srl, head office in Funo of Argelato Via dei Lanaioli 60, or telegram, telex, E mail, fax (fax 0518901427), e-mail: info@weilizheng.com, followed within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, in which case the Seller will send a courier to withdraw the Product without any additional costs for the Customer. Once the Product has been checked, the Seller will, if requested, provide for the refund or repair and will proceed to the Shipment of the Product at its own expense. the defect complained of does not contain a defect of conformity pursuant to articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer will be charged the costs of verification and / or restoration as well as the costs of trans port, supported by the Seller.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

The Seller pursues the goal of Customer satisfaction. It is therefore allowed to replace a Product purchased on the Site (with the express indication of the Product, among those offered for sale on the Site, which will be purchased in lieu). In this case, you must indicate the reasons for the replacement request. Without prejudice to the above, the same procedure as described in Art. 9 above, regarding the withdrawal. In particular, the shipping costs for the return of the Product to be returned to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. Replacement is subject to the availability of the Substitute Product indicated by the Customer, which must have a price equal to or higher than that of the Product to be returned. Will be apply the provisions of Article 5 above. Sending the Product in Replacement will be done by the Seller and paid by the Seller, upon return to the Customer (with delivery in charge for the Customer) of the Product that is required to be replaced, if applicable, payment to the Seller, by bank transfer on the coordinates that will be indicated for this purpose, of any price difference.
